After years of producing moon shine and hill jacks it looks like cedar lake is starting to come around. The new condos around the lake are pretty cool.

Not to mention the fact that: 1. The new condos are already sinking (guess the developers really messed that one up). 2. Apparently, the so-called condos accept Section 8....so basically Cedar Lake is going to be getting a bunch of people from East Chicago, Hammond...etc... |

You can use section 8 towards making mortgage payments too, ya know 
Oh, and the $300,000 ones are the most expensive (4 bdrms, etc...). They also have some that are around $150,000 and less. |

LISTEN to End Result, this poor pecker head knows all about Section 8, for his whole family used it when he lived in Gary, then they moved to East Chicago, and when End Result got married, he moved on down to Hammond............and he did it all on SECTION 8..........he knows all about thee section 8, fellas! |

Actually, I've never been on Section 8, but I worked at one of the offices in Lake County for awhile. Oh, and I'm female, not male; never been married, I've never lived remotely anywhere near Gary nor East Chicago. I did live in Hammond when I was a little kid, but it was on Woodmar Ave. in the "rich" section. And no, I've never been on Section 8, but I certainly don't begrudge those who are or have been. And Expresso, why don't you learn some interesting or at least halfway intelligent combacks before you try to say something to me. Maybe the other people around here will fall your your stupid little remarks and fight with you, but I won't give you that satisfaction. |
