For those parents out there that would be affected by this restructuring... Please, if you have any concerns (as many parents do) there are a few meetings to voice your opinion. School Board Meeting February 14th. @ 6:00pm held at the Hanover Central Office Special Public Meeting February 16th @ 6:00pm held at the Hanover Central High School Auditorium Personally, I believe that my children already spend quite enough time leaving and returning from school everyday. I live 5 minutes from the school and it already takes my children 1 hour to get home each and every day. I can't imagine how long it would take if they were going to be bussed home from a school much further on down the road. Not to mention they have already expressed their feelings about moving to a different school and are not very happy. Because of their grade levels they would also be split between two different schools. I realize change happens, growth cant be stopped...but are there no other options? What about the parents that work and are already stretched thin with their everyday schedules? And then moving these students that are so comfortable in their own schools already...
