Does anybody know what we can do about neighbors with barking dogs (as in 3 dogs-one house)? They chain them outside from 6am, until late nite. Is there any ordnances for the town that show exactly what is acceptable.
With school begining today, kids need their rest and with these dogs barking at the moon, nobody is sleeping very well. A/C with windows closed are fine for nites like tonite, but starting next month A/C won't be in play. We (as in the subdivision) have put up with this crap all summer. Please help if you can.
