That explains why it's always dead. Do something about it, call the Cedar Lake building inspector  or who ever is in charge of sanitation in local eaterys.

As I understand it, the mexican joint has closed up already Remember, the Town Council was counting the opening of that place as another success story, something they took pride in.

Zip, The positive change thing may be working. Many of my neighbors and I have been talking a lot more about the town then ever before. I'm not saying we all agree, but we have a good dialog going. Now it becomes a matter of taking things to the next step which is participation.
