Many food supliers to the Gambling Boats say they are having to wait for their money. They run up a bill until they are told they must pay with cash upon delivery and then they run to another company and pull the same thing again. Some of the companies, even though desperate for business are thinking of cutting off the credit to some. I would think the Gambling Commission would have some control over this problem. Take the Liquor Commission for instance. If they have liquor delivered, it's cash on delivery.
