McDermott calls the use of gaming money in the past "sloppy". That takes balls. Now we need to focus on infrastructure???? What a tool. College Bound, Home Bound, Legal Aid, Festival of the Lakes, A golf course club house, the marina, bus service etc. Did this guy really go to ND and get a law degree?
