So what do we have here, A big blow hard or a liar?

The papers are filled with pictures of people who attend charity events. People take pride in the fact that they have the means to help others who are less fortunate.

If that's the case old sparky, you should have a room full of newspaper clippings covering all the civic and fund raising parties you attend. Why not post a few.
You tell us how much you donate each year. If posters see them, they won't doubt you. Just guessing You are not the secret millionaire on TV are you?

He's listed the charities he supposedly supports on another site, but he failed to disclose that his family will be whacking Hammond taxpayers for $30,000 (via the "free money" College Bound program) to send his daughter to college. It's a lot easier to donate a couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars to charity when you are sticking someone else with a much bigger bill.

Sparks is a miniature version of Hammond's mayor and councilmen, who receive millions of dollars in casino money and attach their names to projects on which the funds are spent. The Oracle himself chastised me for writing that his "municaple" job is not funded with public money. This may be semantically true, but if that is the case, it is only because of accounting games the city plays with taxpayer money.

By the way, those who have Facebook accounts owe it to themselves to follow "Fowlerandthemailman On Wjob". On that page you can watch one of your overpaid,. unnecessary public servants bobbing and weaving to kiss up to Mayor McDermott and stay in his good graces. Between the posts on this board and the Facebook pages of Hammond's politicians and employees, it is abundantly clear why your city finds itself in the sorry position it currently is.

For the one and only Sparks, I never said one word about skinny dipping. You must have been there in person. I guess you didn't swim. If you had, we would have had the biggest flood around the Civic Center. As for moving around with this thread, it followed other posters mentioning goverment spending.
Well, I guess your dementia must be getting worse pal. This post clearly refers to skinny dipping.

Once again I ask a simple question. You know the old saying,"history repeats itself". I wonder if they have any of those late night swiming parties at the Civic Center. That was a closely quarded secret at the time, but one night a friend pulled a sheet of paper from one side of a glass door a little bit. WOW! that story sure bared out.

In the above thread, you post like a pimple faced adolescent over some skinny dipping and then try to deny it. You follow up with this gem-

How is that working out for you? Old age will rob your looks but being stupid is forever!

Old sparky is talking from first hand knowledge, not that he was ever pretty to begin with.
