Right now, residents have to fill out a Freedom of Information Act request at City Hall and wait three business days to get the current 4th District casino money expenditures. If not a much longer wait, if at all.
I have heard a lot of candidates talk about transparency in past elections, but this is the first candidate I have met who is really committed to transparency and accountability.
Emerson's got my vote in November.
