Got a chance to take a look @ the Hammond Marina by water.

O M G! It like a ghost town, empty. I guess because of the Casino Subsidies they don't have to provide services to public. Something they don't understand is if that casino was utilized-optimized, it would provide even more money to McWiz to steal.

Nice to see you back Mikie, apparently tom gave you a call.

No not one bit of excitement, how sad the lost revenue.

But look at the bright side, less money to steal.

That's funny because when I was at the Venue the other day, I had a bit of time and was looking out the window on the upper level and most of the slips were filled. Maybe people took their boats up to Milwaukee for Summer Fest?

Photo taken in the last week. What fest did people take their boats up to now? Indy fest using I65?

I was just on the beach and the Marina was nearly full with at least 70 boats along the beach. We had to park in the far western end of the parkig lot.

70 boats along the beach? Come on now, you know there is a 25 foot metal sea wall separating the beach from the marina and as you also know most of those boats were trailer-ed in and don't stay at the marina.

The marina with over 900 slots is basically half empty.

Someone told me a story how the cash drawer is left open (not sure if it's true), but sorta like the festival parking receipts. Time for new management?

I guess the picture is something Tom's media group photo shopped.
