Carson's have annouced they are closing their store in River Oaks at the end of January.
They said they will not sign another lease. One wonders what the fate of the Woodmar store is. With Woodmar, the developer has been dragging his feet in the remodeling of the mall.Carson's expected more stores at the mall to attract customers. At present the mall looks more like a dump. Look at it coming from the west, who would think it's a shopping center. It looks like the remains of a bombing.
