Our servents in government are giving us again an example of how careless they can be spending "other peoples' money".

So, an EC company wins a bid at less than half the price of the second lowest bidder! Then, they are passed over because of "past performance" problems? Maybe they screwed up, underbid and might have lost money on the work? So the city does them a favor and releases them of obligation to perform that work? Isn't this the same EC company that was doing business with the indicted Al Salinas? More so a barrel than a can of worms is to be opened in Hammond.
