Hasn't been published yet but you know Ross, Doug and James, Rich are already drafting one. How long before they print it? How long before McDermott and lackeys talk about people losing their lives if the tax isn't raised? Is there anyone in Lake county politics who sees their constituents as all the people and not just the cabal of government employees and the people made dependant on government who elect them until they are convicted and sometimes even then?
