I'm just wiondering when a town says they are hurting with the bank account, being rather low, how can they build another bike overpass like the one in the Robertsdale section at 167th and Columbia? Both of these overpasses cost big bucks. Just asking.

Been saying the same thing, just after it was proposed. If I remember correctly they are $1.5 million each.

Add that to some of the pending federal litigation, Tom's spending a fortune.
