This is the second thread you've started about this lawsuit in the last few days. How many threads will you start once the lawsuit is dismissed?

This suit won't be dismissed, it may be quietly settled, but it won't be dismissed. Mayor Thomas McDermott Jr will never allow himself to get to the witness stand, so people could witness a direct examination on him.
Unfortunately pal, you're going to have to pay for the settlement.

So far, all you've posted is a copy of the lawsuit, which doesn't contain any evidence to show whether the suit has any merit. So far, Sonia Moreno-Avalos has filed 4 separate "pro se" suits against the city for the same property, one of which has already been tossed out by the judge. It's just a matter of time before the other three suffer a similar fate because she clearly lacks the legal knowledge to represent herself. Maybe you could underwrite her legal fees like when you bought another poster a computer? That turned out to be some well spent money, didn't it Chuckie? Pretending to be an attorney on the internet doesn't give someone the skills to file a suit that judges will take seriously.

LOL.
I seem to recall you saying the very same thing about a certain Fed lawsuit against George Van Till as well. In fact, you basically parroted what his own attorney said several times.
BTW, where is George today? Oh yeah, FEDERAL PRISON
You are confusing me with someone else pal. In this thread I predicted George Van Til would be convicted. The feds had boxes of evidence and witnesses that could prove their case. Van Til was the only one who believed he could get out of it. I knew he was toast as soon as they charged him and revealed their case against him.

This thread is also worth reading because Tiger1 once again proves how clueless she is. Her prediction that Philpot would just get a slap on the wrist is a joke. Not only did he do a year and a half in jail, but he lost his medical license and his license to practice law.
