I have got to hand it to Cal, he is definitely bringing to the fore front the ethics platform.
Conspicuously missing from jumping on the band wagon are two of Hammond's finest. Hammond's Tom McDermott and Dave Hamm. Sure McDermott is not up for re-election until next year, and despite a State Board of Accounts re occurring theme of not being able to trace pass thru dollars, McDermott refuses to sign on. Thankfully so. It would place slime on the whole process.
As to Hamm, well, I don't think Dave is going to put his john henry on such a document.
