No, never, absolutely never, Tom takes grant money and uses pass thru accounts to make the funds untraceable. State Board of Accounts and HUD have said as much.
But you have got to ask yourself, McDermott give millions away to organizations who never, never produce an audit or required to do an audit and submit an audit for future funding.
Something like this would never happen in Hammond, never. Grant receivers never put public funds in their pocket, right?
Well, almost never, Philpot, Karras, Allen Jr, Joshua and Young Jr did, but not in Hammond hmmmm.
