A visitor to my campfire under the hohman avenue bridge told me a story about Hammond's ex city controller with holding payment of medical claims to specifically hurt specific city employee's credit.
Now would Bobbie be such a prick to do something like that? One of the visitors said empathicly, yes.
It would be interesting to see if the allegations would be actionable?
