Well the question should be what is Tom not hiding?

Festival of the Lakes is the one largest now $1,400,000 expenditure of tax dollars with out accountability, not to mention the $250,000 of parking receipts which disappear annually.

State Board of Accounts Auditors have requested Hammond hold on to parking tickets.... they always seemed to disappear.

I wonder why?

Lendi seemed to make sure Tom's needs were met.... economic needs both as city CPA & then the Board of Works.
