Here are the highlights of the double meeting:

All board members were present.

There were questions this evening on the salary schedule for Teachers who also coach, and longevity pay, and other payroll issues.

There were no speakers during the Public Expression Session.

Calender:

The next regular meetings are scheduled for Monday August 11th and 25th, 5:30pm at 41 Williams Street.

This meeting was adjourned, and followed by the Public Work Session on the budget.

The exempt debt service ends in 2019, which will have a huge impact on the finances of the SCH.

My Take:

I had to leave the Public Work Session early, but I do have the copy of the budget details here, if anyone would like to see them. They include several graphs that predict the loss of students in the SCH for the following 2 school years, and for the past several years, and varied financial considerations that come into play..
