the same guy who signed off on $26,000 of illegal over time payments to a Deputy Chief, the same guy who it has been widely reported took someone else study and attached his company's cover on it, and reportedly submitted the altered study for payment has the audacity to make comment on the Lake County Recycling fiasco..... how about returning some of that study money back to the tax payers Dave, and while your at it, how about coughing up some of the $26,0000 you illegally signed off on giving one of your pal's money for which many say he didn't earn.
