Special Recognition/Presentation:
The Chess teams were honored this evening for their accomplishments, which included many trophies, including first place in competition.
The Scott Band and Cheer Team won honors at competitions. The Art students from Scott were also honored this evening.
The Morton Choir gave a good performance this evening. The Morton Orchestra gave an outstanding performance this evening.
No Speakers at either Public Expression Session this evening.
Consent Agenda:
There was an item of interest on the personnel report. Mr. Doug Friend has resigned his position as Assistant Principal at Scott.
Reports:
Purdue will accept the dual credits the students at the Early College receive from Vincennes University.The student must receive a "C" or better in the dual credit courses in order for the credit to count.
The SCH is in need of substitute Teachers, and other personnel. Mr. Rivera has been recruiting in colleges, and at job fairs.
A Technology update was given this evening.
Calender:
The schedule for next months meeting has been altered. The first meeting of the month of May will be on Monday May 11th, 6pm at 41 Williams Street. The 2nd meeting of the month of May will be on Monday May 18th at Wallace.

The Orchestra from Morton was the best I have ever heard. They were EXCELLENT !!!
It is interesting that Mr. Doug Friend has resigned. He has been with the SCH for many years.
