Opps! Did one of jr's boys go way to far in their video production. Tell me it ain't so. Spunkfest seemed to be suddenly fixated on porn, maybe a role in the production?? (Editing?)
The litigation brought by a current sitting minority city council person, filed the action before the primary election.
Seems like one of Tom's boys went a little to far with his video editing. This video was malicious in nature, the litigation is seeking $25,000.
It would be interesting if the plaintiff's attorney got some discovery pointing back to Tom before the election.
