so if city workers are causing all the problems at the other board, as kiesling wrote...than how come all of the people who have been banned so far, are not city workers?

Steve, as you well know, last year many Hammond employees started using proxy servers. And after talking to you about this practice last year, I informed Yuri about it, and to my knowledge no one else was aware of it. This BTW was the reason Yuri banned registration using proxy servers (there's a thread in the Announcements forum about it). However, once someone joined the Times board, they could switch over to using proxy servers if they wished.

Use of a proxy server guarantees, 100%, that Yuri had NO ability to trace an IP address on his own. He would need government assistance.

I think this is just more Orafice wishful thinking, just like the "demise" of Preacher's WJOB show. Remember? "You'll land on your feet" Preacher is STILL on, Kiesling will be back, and Oracle is full of crap. Unsupported rumor is his specialty.

I didn't see any second story. Post it if it exists.I'm NOT going to waste my time doing YOUR research for your "proof."
I posted about 5 times now that as he was writing it, he contacted me for a comment. He said I had the most posts deleted.
But when mcmayor had his immature meltdown later that took up the room for my comment so he didn't use it.
