It's called COBRA. I suggest you GOOGLE it. It allows you to make payments to your old employer's health plan to keep your medical coverage from them. He would have advised you
to apply for COBRA and he may have been able to win free health care coverage for life as part of your settlement. I am always amazed when I read about people who choose to represent themselves in court. A good lawyer is the best defense a person can have to prevent their rights being taken away. Do you practice do-it-yourself surgery also?
