East Chicago mayoral candidates, Ed Williams & Alicia Rodriquez want to debate Mr. Pabey, to be moderated by a women's group. However, Pabey doesn't think he has to because his actions have spoken louder than mere words. And his is right! One can see all the positive construction going on, all over EC. And for the past two years, he has given to the residents of that fair city, TWO property tax reliefs, one for $1,000, and this year, I'm told, it was $500.00 off one's property tax. What mayor, town manager does this in all NORTHERN INDIANA? Keep riding mayor!
