The Times reported that the civil racketeering trial of Pastrick will move forward.http://www.thetimesonline.com/articles/2008/06/28/news/top_news/doc3b665240cb582588862574760009987f.txt
First Bobby Cantrell is convicted and now we may finally see Pastrick be held responsible for his looting of East Chicago. It should be an interesting trial.

I hope the wheels of justice move quickly just in case the Dem gets to be atty gen. I have the distinct feeling that Pastrick's date with destiny may never come given some statements reported should the wrong person get elected.

Pence is claiming otherwise. I think this case is far too high profile for her to sweep it under the rug.

Hopefully it's getting there but that's not the impression I got from her comments just before the Dem convention in Indy.
