tornado sirens

With all the Federal money spent in Gary, why does Gary NOT have tornado sirens?

Is the Gary airport runway expansion and the parking lot collection system more important?

Maybe a tornado touchdown and keeping an airline 6 months are the same odds.

The heat from the mills and the massive sewer system and the interchanges and all the railroad junctions make it impossible for tornadoes to occur in Gary!

A tornado would be an improvement for that city.

It's my understanding they DID have sirens...

Unfortunately, it's been determined they were stolen and most likely sold for scrap which financed a couple of 40oz'rs of Olde English...

Besides...who needs sirens when you have all the government dependents screaming and hollering for their cut?...Like Katrina...

Nobody would ever believe these sirens were only worth a couple bottles of beer....

I liked the one where the tornado would make it look better, but God bless the good people who try and make it better, but are against all odds.

Tornado sirens would only confuse the populous. They would run away from them and claim they "saw nuthin'".
