The South American drug cartels are financing a billion dollar statue to be erected on the Rio Grand River on the border of Mexico and the United States Like the Statue Of Liberty.

The Statue will be of a poor Latin American Family with the mother pregnant trying to deliver her child in America Swimming the Rio Grand River and in the background will be the U.S. Border Patrol and barb wire and attack dogs and rich American contractors in large pickups helping them!
