The guy who shot someone for $60, I know some are saying he shouldn't get anything, but last time I checked, he still has civil rights, and the Lake County officers violated his legal rights, and thus was offered the money to settle. Be glad the guy settled(it seems he settled as I do not recall any trial), because if this went to a jury, he would have been awarded millions.

Seems the county is settling cases instead of allowing them to go to trial, maybe the county needs to do an investigation into why these people are still on the payroll

Obviously I cannot comment on the truth of these allegations but some of these guys seem to be a lightning rod for trouble. Good gawd I wonder what goberment position Roy Domingas will move to when his term is up. :evil:

Although not a govt job, he probably will take a job with the Gary PD

He already has the experience of looking the other way when civil rights are being violated, and we all know Gary PD believes in violating civil rights.
