Whatever happened to his criminal case and why ain't he in jail already? I know the wheels of justice turn slow sometimes but this story seems to have completely fallen off the radar. Or is it just that I haven't been paying attention?

I'm guessing you haven't been paying attention, because he was never indicted for any crime.

Isn't Patrick Collins in charge of the RICO case against Pastrick? I think Collins is pretty busy now with the Roland Burris business.

I could swear during the election our now AG said he was definitely pursuing the case if elected while the Dem challenger, who just happened to have a loose connection to the situation, claimed complete ignorance and offered no position on the matter.

Better than nothing, I guess. But I was really hoping he would end his days in a jail cell to pay for all the harm we all (some more than others) have good reasons to believe he is guilty of but were unable to prove in a courtroom.
