What Reform?

The term reform conjurors up the vision of a change for the good of all served, but examine the good changes made in poor relief service by telephone or license branch services, and measure if there have been any improvement for those that are served and why there is no cost reduction. The Gov speaks of home rule put proceeded to sale the toll road to a foreigner. Daniel's states he has visited the area over 70 times but turns a blind eye to pot holed state roads. What part of the state was responsible for the change in the tax assessment that left home owners holding the bag?

I had to try to contact the local "welfare" (FSSA) office at the direction of another federal agency.
When I finally found a state number for that new telephone "service, I found Lake County is NOT included in the service part.
It seems to me some of these reforms might have the germ of a good idea, but planning/implementation of future service is lacking.
