The lane that connects eastbound Borman traffic to southbound I-65 is open, but the right lane is closed due to standing water, as is the adjacent exit ramp to Ridge Road.
Spokeswoman Angie Fegaras said beavers may have dammed up the opening where the pipe empties southwest of the interchange, since it is blocked with branches and other debris.

Did the state road construction guys have to get a wildlife expert to remove the beavers, like they make the farmers do?
