Per capita how much is the state spending on social programs for northwest Indiana as compared to the rest of the state?

I will not place blame on the collapse of the region on the governor.

I see a stiff resistance an a unwillingness of local governments to do what is right like a business the steel mills trimmed the fat and this is the age of Walmart and Aldi yet the once high and mighty still don't get the picture.

As far as that bridge goes considering the stress it was put under there is no other in the world like it that was made to bear such heavy loads at such heights on concrete stilts.

To build another bridge in the state of the economy is cost prohibitive .

This is a sign of things to come get use to it!

Considering the type of bridge it was lucky it lasted as long as it did as far as projections go that was a farce.

That type of bridge curved and bowing using cable in side a concrete box was a joke from the start and was never proven engineering a was an expensive test on the taxpayers of Indiana.

When it fell the first time it should have been scraped but to save face an egos it was built.

Not one section of that structure that is in a box should remain standing and if that means all the way back to Michigan avenue then so be it.

I've noticed you make this comment and others similar to it quite a bit when addressing other posters....

You must really have a lot of experience trying not to ''appear stupid''......

Geronimo,

Do you agree with me that Cline needs to be rebuilt?

Or should the state just scrap the whole idea?

I think the state owes it to us after snatching the Toll Road.

BTW, how do you know there wasn't malfeasance when it was first built such as shoddy, cheap materials and cut corners? Do you figure INDOT will really investigate itself?
