He must be talking about Black Kettle's village on the Washita River where all the Indian women and children were massacred by Custer and his cowardly soldiers. BTW, Black Kettle was an ally of the US army, and was flying an American flag at the time they were being killed, raped and massacred! A lot of good that rag did them in their hour of need!
