Article 2, Clause 4 of the U.S. CONSTITUTION says that election DAY is the Tuesday following the first Monday in November. THEREFORE, all of these "EARLY VOTES" are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and must be thrown out.

Checked again and it is in The United States Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4. Enrico, perhaps you were looking at the constitution of some other country.

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4 of the United States Constitution states as follows:

"The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States."

Now, where in that text does it say, "that election DAY is the Tuesday following the first Monday in November," as you claim it does?

Just got back from voting...had to wait 45 min....half the machines we had there during the primaries are gone. Someone asked where they were and we were told they were sent to East Chicago....

heard a couple of instances already of this in South County...

IS THIS TRUE?

My precinct in Crown Point only had 2 machines, but there was no line.

That sounds like good news for Obama since you probably live in a heavy GOP area.

That might be changing tonight. In prior years the networks would have already called it for McSame. Not so this year! :smt005
