Who really knows. I do know they need to change the sign though, I doubt it will be open in 2010  I wonder if Costas is upset, because now its going to be harder for him to justify spending money to put a connector road from 400 to 500 N, if the hospital may be delayed |

If I owned a business I would tell them no on removing the sign The city allowed me to put it up, so until I close up shop, the sign stays |
