I see the construction trailer at 500N for the new hospital has been removed. Maybe all the planning and TIFs for the hospital are down the drain. The economy seems to have stopped it. Are the TIFs still in place for nothing? |

The TIF will stay. No way will the city ever drop that. I am glad the hospital may not be built, I still say let them build their own damn parking garage. Of course I wonder if Costas is still for another road way to connect 400N and 500N now, when there is still no need for it |
