Last time I checked, there should not need to be dedicated officers to do the lowly task of "whatever comes up" I thought all cops were supposed to handle the things that he described like Quote: aggressively deal with various problems, from speeding in school zones to DUI enforcement at night. The concept is, whatever the problem is, we want them to stop it," So what exactly have the Portage cops been doing for the past few decades then? |
