Valpo does spot annexation when and where they want to. There are three lots on the east side of 275 East, Bartz Road, a bit north of Evans Ave "IN" the city limits. I wonder why these lots are important to the city but yet an area west of Flint lake school is not important. Why are city services important and affordable on Bartz Road? Is it the where or the who? The intersection of 49 bypass and Vale Park is also in the city. http://www.ci.valparaiso.in.us/government/citymaps/City/CityMapPDF.pdf Look for the green city limit line, it is interesting. The city limits of Valpo look like a snake, tell me why? Is the Governor of Illinois accepting applications for Valpo annexation? What is the going price? Just kidding..... |
