I walked the Survivors' lap at the Portage Relay for Life on June 12.
It is shocking to see people of all ages, including children, walking that lap.
I can't imagine being a parent and watching your child go through this disease.
Please, ladies, have your yearly mammograms. Do monthly breast exams.
Smokers, please quit. I know, I know...easier said than done.
I am a strong supporter of Relay for Life.
Next year, form a team. Help raise money to fight cancer. Sponsor a walker.
