illegal law that was enacted by the town of Hazleton, PA. The town, enacted a law that would make it hard for any immigrant to get a job. NOW, that law was ruled, illegal, and hence, will affect a dozen other towns who have enacted similar, illegal laws. It will now be hard to enforce them! GREAT! This fed ruling will teach those backwater towns to enact unjust laws against the REAL Americans! HEY NEO-RAYDEN, or Strauss, or whatever name you go by these days, YOU HAVE LOST AGAIN, LOSER! |

Expresso I encouraged Hazelton to change their ordinance. I knew it was unconstitutional. That is why I choose not to follow them with a copy cat approach. I re-wrote my own version that is constitutional and has every provision necessary to allow for proper procedure. It is based on federal law and corresponds with federal law and does not contradict it. |
