I read on the emichigancity webpage that Michigan City limits pet owners to 3 cats per household. Is that true? Do they really enforce that? I've been looking into purchasing a house in MC, but if they want me to downsize to only three cats, I'm going to look elsewhere. Please let me know if this is enforced? |
