A lady in the office made this chili once for us - it's an award winning chili from a competition in Charlotte, NC. It is so easy and so good. You will love it. 1 lb shredded cooked chicken 1/2 bag frozen corn 1/2 bag frozen fajita vegetables (onions, peppers) diced 1 can chili magic (Bush's) 1 can chili beans 1 can black beans - do not drain 1 jar medium salsa (Pace) 1 T chili powder 1 t Tabasco 1 can petite diced tomatoes cayenne pepper to taste for flavor water for consistency if desired Mix ingredients and bring to a boil. Done. |
