Lawyers for the East Chicago worms who made it possible for Pastrick to get elected via the sidewalk scandal, might have to repay back to the city, over $450,000 dollars in "fees". After six of the clowns were convicted, and sentenced, the city STILL paid their lawyers! However, once they were found guilty, the city did not have to pay for their lawyer's fees, but did anyways! Now Mayor Pabey is trying to get those fees back by court action! I hope that he suceeds, because the residents of EC should not be made to pay lawyers fees once city officials have been found guilty of ANY crime, while on duty. |
