East Chicago politico, Ms. Eunice Roper is behind, $440,000 in taxes she owns on two properties she has; one is a private home, and the Funeral Home she owns. Both are located in EC. She was able to use an inactive bankruptcy that was done in 1993! However, Petalas states that her two properties will be put up for sale at the next tax auction. But will it really happen? Will Petalas get a phone call not to list them in the tax sale? Well, we will just have to see, won't we? OF COURSE, this can be avoided if Eunice comes up with $440,000 tax dollars she owes.............but she won't. Let's see what happens. I bet that she will come up with a small partial payment, and then have the next 20 years to pay up the tax bill in full. And Petalas will agree w/this payment plan. Just a guess. |
