The ex-governor of Illinios, the convicted felon, George Ryan, Topinka's friend, has suggested that a NEW moratorium on the death penalty be enacted! Great, what silliness! And this, from a man who is going to jail himself! What a mess this guy is; good thing Ms. Topinka lost the race, or else, she would have pardon the slob! Like former Prez Ford did for Tricky-Dicky Nixon in August of 1974. I remember, do you? You got to watch these politicos, they're tricky!
