I was momentarily surprised when I saw on the news today that REPUBLICAN Cook County Commissioner Tony Perika cast the swing vote to hire long-time Democratic Thomton Township official Frank Zuccarrelli. Then I remembered, ain't a dime's worth of difference when push comes to shove.
