Oh nooooo!

An internet troll called me a troll.

Oh wait, people can go back through our posts and see who posts content and who trolls.

I have no worries there.

In fact one would only need to go to the beginning of this thread to decide.

I find it hysterical that you are rallying around somebody who may not necessarly run the country based on those values. Rather, this friend of the unions is digging deep at what's truely important... "Was Obama born in Kenya?"

Who is rallying around Trump? I don't believe I saw anyone doing any such thing.

But hey, it is what it is..... :smt005 :smt006

Trump is saying what people want, until today. The media has come up with a poll that puts him in around 8 percent of Republican voters. Maybe a complete change in the country's leadership is needed. He sure would be interesting. By the way, I heard a story one time today, that a investigation cleared General Mc Crystal and it said the Rolling Stones article was not acurate. Somebody killed that story fast. I wonder what O'bama has to say now.

State may join push for presidential hopefuls to submit birth certificates
By Dan Carden dan.carden@nwi.com, (317) 637-9078 nwitimes.com | Posted: Tuesday, April 19, 2011 6:00 pm | (61) Comments

INDIANAPOLIS | Indiana may become the latest state to hop on the Donald Trump-led birther bandwagon.

State Sen. Sue Landske, R-Cedar Lake, has asked legislative leaders to assign a review of the qualifications of presidential candidates to a General Assembly study committee she will preside over this summer.

Trump, who is considering a presidential run, and others have questioned whether President Barack Obama meets the requirement of natural born citizenship necessary to be president. They contend Obama's certificate of live birth issued by the state of Hawaii, showing he was born there, is inadequate.

"It's an interesting issue. People do have questions, and I think we need to clarify the issue and try to put some of those questions to rest," Landske said.

Senate Bill 114, sponsored by state Sen. Mike Delph, R-Carmel, would have required presidential candidates to submit their birth certificates to Indiana election officials to qualify for the ballot. That proposal did not get a hearing this session.

A similar measure in Arizona was vetoed this week by Republican Gov. Jan Brewer.

Delph said he hopes a study committee review of the topic will lead to legislation in 2012.

"It just seems to me that if we're going to require strict identification for a driver's license, surely we can take a look at the requirements for those that seek to be president of the United States," Delph said.

State Sen. Earline Rogers, D-Gary, said the claim that the president isn't an American is "a ridiculous assertion" and said Republicans shouldn't be led astray by Trump's own presidential ambitions.

"He couldn't make a success out of a riverboat casino in Gary. Can we trust him to run the entire country?" Rogers asked.

Trump To Obama: Now Release Your College Records

Donald Trump tells the press they are protecting President Obama.

"I'd like to know how does he get into Harvard, how does he get into Colombia if he isn't a very good student," Donald Trump told the press this morning in New Hampshire.

"If he wants to release it that's fine, if he doesn't want to release it that's fine too. But the word is he wasn't a very good student," Trump added.

Oh Snap!

If I remember correctly, didn't one person state during the hearings when Gary was selecting the companies to run the gambling boats in Gary, their apparent selections would file bankruptcy in the long run and they had a background of doing business that way. His comments were completly ignored. I wonder if Gary officials have the guts to tell him, that he was correct. He also represented another company that dropped out of the running because of the crooked tactics involved in the selection process. That was about 20 years ago. So what has Gary got to show for their selections. When the new Mayor of Chicago gets around to this gambling issue, he will have casinos in the city and it's bye bye to gambling in Indiana.

The irony here is I got the feeling that his buddy Obama was opposed to gambling, perhaps because he saw that it robs poor people of money they can't afford to lose and also deprives the Federal government of money that he feels would be better directed to taxes since it is disposable income from "the rich."

Personally I would prefer that they shut down all the casinos but unfortunately that won't happen. Yet even if they do it will just go on under the table again minus the tax revenue like it was here. The best compromise is a no new casinos mentality, except that liberal Dems love easy "free money" and they have almost run out of anything new to tax in Chicago and IL. So I think you will see Chicago casinos in about 3 years just past the Nov 2012 elections.

Somewhere I read under the constitution, a citizen is when a person is born in this country by US citizens. O Bama's old man was born in Kenya... Now the scramble to see his certificate.

Actually, the way it works is that even if your parents are NOT US citizens and you are born on American soil then you have the right to US citizenship. So if you were a citizen of another country and broke into a US Embassy and gave birth, that child can claim US citizenship. Same with a Mexican woman crossing the border and giving birth to a child on American soil. That child has the right to claim US citizenship.
