The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor is recommending the denial of NIPSCO's request for an electric base rate increase, and it filed formal testimony with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on Friday afternoon. The OUCC is a state agency representing utility rate payer interests in cases before state and federal regulatory commission.

Oh but the wonderful "My Man Mitch" supports it. Have you noticed all the tree trimming NIPSCO has been doing around the lines.. just making another lame excuse to jack rates.
