UNI Gov is here like it or not Hammond courts system is closing said Hammond Mayor

The once mighty town of Hammond gave it's casino money away on all sorts of non essential foolishness sending rich peoples kids to college and all type of summer festivals and plywood marinas on wolf lake and a golf course on top of toxic waste dump and building walls and tearing them down every year when the calumet river floods

they should treat that wall like the rif raf wall and the wall between Hammond and Gary leave it up.

City claims that eliminating human interaction will save time and combined with red light cameras, fund raising for the city is a breeze and can stall any foreseeable tax hikes for at least a week.
